Airport Assistance for V.I.P.

We offer two levels of meet and greet both on arrival and/or departure: “VIP Welcome” and “Top Class” to individuals, groups and corporate guests. We know that first impressions are very important so our services provide an exclusive experience to make the journey through the airport a smooth and worry free one. Our services start/finish right at the landing gate (airside) so the client only has to think about getting off/on the aircraft!

These services are provided upon both arrival and departure as well as during transfers. Our airport assistants all have “air-side” passes and so they are able to accompany our clients all the way to the boarding gates for departures or out of the terminal for arrivals.

They manage all of the steps of the airport formalities such as porterage, fast track, the procedures for "Tax Free" reclamation and entrance to the lounges. With our "Top Class" meet and greet service, the transfer to or from the aircraft will be made by car with a chauffeur and an assistant on an exclusive basis ...and if you require a luxury car with driver for the transfer from or to the airport, to or from any destination, we will make sure that the service is waiting for you.

Meet and greet at the port

Our tour leaders all have quayside access via their "Port Pass" and are therefore able to welcome the clients at the point of disembarkation or accompany them during boarding procedures to the ship. They also travel with the clients to or from the client’s hotel or other chosen locations, giving the most useful information.

In addition to qualified multilingual tour escorts, WTI offers the services of qualified local tour guides for tours.

Meet and greet at the railway station

Upon arrival, our friendly staff greet the clients directly on the platform and will promptly coordinate the porterage service as well as making them feel safe and away from the chaos of a crowded station. For departures, our staff can either meet the clients at the station or at their hotel.
